In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Damage claims must be made within 15 days of receipt.
We are not responsible for damage to the outer boxes of models. Boxes are not eligible for insurance, refund or exchange. Models returned at buyers expense with be charge 15% restocking fee.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Magazines, computer software, gift card and videos cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Returns that are not due to damage or shipping error(s) may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
We will not issue refunds for any of the following:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Insurance fees are non-refundable.
FREE SHIPPING RETURNS
Orders that qualified for "Free Shipping” will not receive a full refund. Shipping expense deductions shown below:
- $100 to $199.99 returned: $25 deducted refund
- $200 to 299.99 returned: $30 deducted from refund
- $300 and over returned: 10% of order deducted from refund
Refusing shipment: If you refuse a shipment, it will then fall under our standard return policy. Any round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY
We do not not cover lost or stolen packages once your order ships. We have teamed up with Route to provide our customers with very reasonably priced insurance to cover the loss of the items you have purchased as a result of your package being lost or stolen. We highly recommend purchasing this insurance at checkout for your protection!
DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY
We inspect every product prior to shipping to ensure your purchase is not broken prior to shipping. Items that have incurred damage during shipping (broken antennas, detached wings, detached tail, detached wheels, etc.) will no longer be replaced without further cost and are not eligible for refund unless insurance has been purchased from our partner Route. If your items arrive damaged and you have purchased Route insurance, please file claims directly with Route at: Resolve Center (route.com).
DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY
An Item Will Not Be Considered Defective for the Following Reasons
- Improper Cockpit Placement - Too high/Too low.
- Polished metal variations, or glossiness of the clear coat.
- Wheels that do not touch the floor when the item is on a flat surface.
- Wheels that do not turn or float, even if designed to do so.
- Tilted or misaligned engines, wings, tails, antennas or wheels.
- Model is tail heavy.
- Surface imperfections which are not visible with the model displayed on its wheels or stand including tiny rub marks, tiny amounts of excessive glue.
- Issues that are not noticeable under normal/viewing lighting conditions without a magnifying, or spot lighting conditions.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

PRE-ORDER/SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
There is a 20% cancellation fee for any pre-order or special-order items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
