Here's how to check on your order. Every shipment gets a tracking number, and we email it to you the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
In-stock orders
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation with your tracking link (check spam or promotions too).
- Have an account? Sign in to view your order status and tracking.
- Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Pre-orders
- Pre-orders show as Awaiting Fulfillment until the model arrives from the manufacturer. That's normal.
- Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can shift. We update the product page when we hear new ETAs.
- You'll get a tracking email as soon as your model ships.
